• What’s your warranty?

  The manufacturer warrants this equipment to the original user against defective material or workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase on repair parts and labor. The manufacturer's responsibility under this warranty is limited repair or replacement of defective part or parts.

  The manufacturer reserves the right to determine whether the part or parts failed because of defective material, workmanship or other causes. Failures caused by accident, alteration, misuse or improper packaging or purposely damage or attempted to repair or returned units are not covered by this warranty.

  All warranty repair must be done be done by GATX Industry Corp. service representative. Any repair to the equipment other than by these authorized facilities voids this warranty. The rights under this warranty are limited to the original user and may not be transferred to subsequent owners.

• Do you accept OEM or ODM?

  Yes, we can do OEM or ODM. Please contact us more detail for discussion.

• What’s your lead time?

  Lead time is about 30~70 days depending on the item.

• Can we buy some samples first?

  For the first trial order, there will be no MOQ.

• What’s the payment methods?

  We accept L/C, T/T, PayPal ＆ Bitcoin.

• Is there any discount can be offered?

  Depending on the order q’ty, for more q’ty, we can offer some discount for the tool.
